Is it possible to be pregnant and not know?

I recently take some pregnancy tests and they all have came out negative and later one I would get my period. But recently everyone has been saying that I look pregnant because my tummy has grown. Can you be pregnant and still have your period or am I just over thinking it because of their comments ?

If you're very concerned, go see your doc. I did work with a girl who had a rare thing that none of her pregnancy tests would show positive. She finally went to the doc and found out she was five or six months prego. But like I said, it was a rare condition and it also ran in her family. 
To be sure, just see your doc.
