Could I be pregnant 🙀

Hiya ladies ,

So basically. I have had nausea all week and a little last week , my breast are extremely sore especially my nipples they have little bumps and there veiny! im having cramping in my lower abdomen my left middle and right side as well as a dull ache in my back. I had a sharp uterine pain round about Sunday night and very vid dreams like my teeth falling out😭

Round about 1ish early this morning I started to get cramps so I thought AF was showing her ugly face I ran to the loo and it was just wet down there . I had a feel inside my vagina and there was lots of watery lotion like cm and my cervix was high as I couldn’t feel it😭 I did a test round about 5 this morning and it looked negative but then I saw the faintest of lines and it was super thin so I inverted it and I swear I can see another line I’m not crazy am I !!!! Please help
