I had a miscarriage 3 weeks ago. I was 6 weeks. We lost our daughter last year so we are trying to have another we have already waited so long it just seems cruel.

I’ve been taking ovulation tests the last week as my doctor told me I could ovulate before my next period. Had high and peak I believe I am 5dpo and I have this. Is this miscarriage related as it will be my first ovulation since or could it be implantation of a new baby? Never had mid cycle bleeding with any of my babies. I haven’t had any bleeding for a couple of weeks.
