IUD and Sex

Hey ladies ! I have been experiencing pain in the lower abdomen (like where the doc checks your ovaries)... this is the second weeks where I’m having pain (last week it lasted 3 days, now it’s back) it seems to come back whenever i have sex. Its like right where my IUD Is placed is where the pain is coming from. But it goes away.. i can feel my strings so I’m pretty sure it’s still in. Am i having too rough of sex or should i get my IUD checked out!?
