Am I just going crazy?

The hpt at the top I took a week ago (very strong +) well I took another one about a hour ago (bottom one) and seems the second line is fainter.  I'm a little scared idk if it means my hcg levels are dropping or what?

That second line is the "control" line and would be there even if you weren't getting a positive result. It's fainter because your positive test line is getting darker and taking all the pigment. Breathe, your hcg levels are rising :)

For some reason I can't post pics but in early October I got a clear positive then 4 days later i tested again it was very faint almost looked negative. I went to doctor did blood work first test not so great had to do more test finally my hormones were raising but not doubling, they would only go up in increments of 6000 every 48 + hours.  They did ultrasound baby was in right place and had heartbeat. So far so good 9 weeks now everything seems to be OK. Maybe make appt and talk with doctor they tend to be helpful and put your mind at ease. Good luck and congratulations ! :)

I can't go by that bc it's just the amount of dye in the test... That's why a pos is a pos as long as there's any line

I don't think you can base your levels off of the darkness of a pregnancy test. I know other women have tried to do it but it is not accurate in any way. That's not what pregnancy tests are for and that's not what they measure. I wouldn't worry! You're pregnant and you would need an actual blood test to determine what your levels really are.
