I am 13+2 pregnant and I jumped really high i was mad I had to jump to get something and i forgot you can’t jump while pregnant. I only jumped once and I’m scared cause I heard it causes miscarriage and premature birth etc. I hurt my upper side of the back (from jumping) I’m freaking out crying thinking the worse.. is my baby okay?? It was only one high jump. I read on google it causes problems
