Its not in my head

I always feel bad about myself but tonight I was feeling super positive and thi girl had to ruin it , she was uglier than me 100% but I need to learn to not care about other peoples thoughts like I care too much. Im usually the hottest one and ik there are always hotter but when someone rubs it in my face I get upset
