CM is dry.. so am I pregnant?

I'm trying to figure out the most earliest signs of pregnancy (like a week after sex). I noticed that after ovulation my cervical mucus was gone and I entered the dry stage of my cycle. If I was pregnant, would my cm be dry? Or would it be creamy/eggwhite...? Thank you for answering :)

It’s too early to have pregnancy symptoms and cm is not an indication of pregnancy. Wait another week and take a test

At a week after sex, you likely haven't implanted yet. You don't produce hormones until the fertilized egg implants. There is no cervical mucus that is a definitive sign of pregnancy. Some people are completely dry. Some people have watery cm. Some people have EWCM. And others have school glue or sticky or spotting. CM is not a reliable indicator of anything except potential ovulation.
