TTC after M/C. Cycle buddy?

Question

My partner and I are currently going through a miscarriage which has brought me to this app. This is my regular cycle.
Does anyone know when it is safe to try again? 
Looking for friends who have been through this before. 👋🏻👋🏻❤️

Your cycle looks similar to mine. I ovulate around day 19/20 so a lot late that the science would say, but this app has been great for me predicting my cycles and it only gets better as you keep logging. I’m sorry for your lost :( I too had a miscarriage, back in February so I know the pain firsthand. I spoke to the doctor about when to TTC again and he said that once you have a period there’s nothing to say you can’t conceive on your next ovulation. I would say that it’s not so much about being physically really, as your body could technically conceive the first time you ovulate after the miscarriage but more when you are emotionally ready. I got my period 4 weeks after my miscarriage. I didn’t try that month as I wasn’t really mentally but I started trying this month. Sending you baby dust 👶🏼🌈
