I Need to slow down pumping, I had had a huge clog and it took my husband massaging it and me crying in pain to get it out. My son is almost 8 months old I pump about 40 oz a day still and that's slowed down. I was doing 60-65 oz a day when he was 3-5 months old. I produce way more then he eats in a day and I am freezing again, I just donated 2500 oz that I collected in about 2 maybe 3 months on top of feeding my child over 30 oz a day at that point. I've been thinking about slowing down anyway but my clog today really sealed the deal. I pump 20 minutes every 4 hours right now and don't pump at night anymore, please help me, I really need any and all advice 🙏
