Someone please help me out so I was going to take my bbt this morning as soon as I wake up well I got a phone call that woke me I hadn't moved just grabbed my phone said a few mmhm no yes and then hung up still not moving or getting up and grabbed my bbt thermometer can I write down my temp or is it inaccurate?
