Is my aloe dying?

I've been worried about it lately and today I went to change the soil out and the roots are really long and don't have any space to go.
Does it need to be transferred to a bigger pot?
Is there anything else that looks wrong about it from these photos?

Needs more sun and less water too.. these are succulents... they thrive on neglect... but need at least 8 hours of strong sun a day

Repot in a bigger pot with half cactus soil and half potting soil. Trim off anything dead or brown and make sure it gets adequate sunlight or UV light exposure. Water it when the plant doesn’t feel so plump, but don’t let it get too dry. When you do water it, stop watering as soon as you see water trickle out from the bottom.

If the roots don't have space anymore, it definitely needs to be transfered to another pot. Also it looks a little droopy, could be a sign that it doesn't get enough sunlight.
