When did your baby turn head down ?

Hello,
Went for my 30 week appointment and baby is still basically sitting butt to cervix w head up. My OB isn’t concerned she says there’s time. I asked about exercises but she said we can think about that later on  but that there’s no scientific evidence to support them either way. 
Most ppl I’ve spoken to say baby was head down by 28-31 weeks. How about you all? Thanks!

Babies generally keep moving around in different positions until 34ish weeks I’ve been told. Last scan my baby was head down then yesterday scan it was lying side ways across my belly.

My daughter was around 34 weeks I think, and with this pregnancy he’s head down already at 28 weeks

My baby went head down around 32 weeks but my OB said babies usually go head down after 34 weeks but that it’ll happen on babies time when they are ready so early or late no biggie. I trust her so I wouldn’t worry too much. I worried a tad because I thought she was going to try to come early. I was 8 weeks early when I was born and I’m just about there so I was getting worried. Turns out nope baby just likes sitting like that for now. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Definitely go to the Spinning Babies Website and look up The Three Sisters exercises. My midwife has all her patients do them starting around 32 weeks regardless of babies position because they help so much!!

I think it’s different depending on what pregnancy this is for you. I’m 31 weeks now went to the doctors yesterday.  Doctor said the head is super low. Which explains all the pain I’m having down there.

My son was head down from 24 weeks. This baby was head down at 28 weeks then went breech again, and is still breech at 32 weeks. I'm planning for a vaginal breech birth but still hoping baby will turn. Look up ways to get baby to flip, doctors usually intervene too late according to the studies so do what you can at home to get baby to flip yourself (I've ordered a birthing ball because that's meant to help).

I think anything before 28 weeks they can still turn again into breech position just because they're so active and still have sufficient space to flip

In 29+4 and on Monday at my scan baby was head down face down in birthing position. I felt him flip a few days prior to that.
