Is this a period or miscarriage?!

I'm TTC we took a round of clomid.

Missed my period, but got a negative test a day before I was supposed to start my period. I spotted a little for 7 days then that first little dark clump and today I had two huge "clots"?

How can I tel the difference between period blood clots and a miscarriage??

If I were to have been pregnant I'd be 3-4 weeks..

I have HORRIBLE cramping, I took a norco and it didn't help!

I've never had blood clots during my periods before either.
