I'm 28 weeks pregnant and I jus started having cramps that goes down to my private area and my belly gets so tight, is that the start of Braxton Hicks??  I keep hearing different things of what's happening.

Yes, Braxton Hicks feel like your whole belly tightens. It shouldn’t hurt, just feels uncomfortable. They’re harmless!

I’ve just turned 29 weeks and been suffering for afew days spoke to midwife and she said what I discribed wasn’t bh but more like a uti causing proper contractions as I feel like sharp shocks in my bits too so maybe get advice just in case
