Bad bras

Hi I’m 16 and I haven’t gotten a new bra in two years because I dont like talking to my mom about it😂 and she keeps telling me too so two things one how do I agree to it without being awkward. Two can not having a good bra make your boobs hurt? I’m sure it does but I’m still new to it all lol thanks y’all
