Body tips? Exercise!!!
Hi ladies, I’m 18 years old and I’m trying to get fit. I weigh around 126-130. I don’t exactly like that and I wanna lose weight also. I have hip dips which I despise and would like to know if I can get rid of them or lessen them some? I’d also like to shape my butt more and make it look nicer and probably bigger. I struggle with my body image very much and now I want to start to love myself. I want to get rid of the little belly fat I have. Any advice please? Please share your tips if you have any!! It’d be so much appreciated!!
