Kind of worried

I woke up, went to the bathroom and (tmi) wiped and had a little bit of red spotting on the toliet paper. I've had pretty horrible morning sickness with vomiting the last few days - and actually just got sick again. I'm a little concerned about the bleeding but the last time I went to the bathroom the spotting was even lighter and had turned brown. I don't have cramping. I'm going to stay optimistic and just rest and watch it the rest of the day. I will call my dr tomorrow.  I am 7w3d today. Anyone else experience this around that time? Should I call my dr today?
