Success with slimfast?
Anybody use slimfast shakes or similar and had results? Looking to try anything at this point. I don't eat that much as it is, the days I work I eat once when I'm off at 10pm and the days in off I eat something at 12pm then again at around 8pm. So Im not worried about being hungry. Was thinking of doing 1 shake in morning, one in afternoon, then meal for dinner and using almond milk instead of reg milk.
