Virtual Baby Shower

Hi all! I’m 22 weeks pregnant with our first and due in September with our rainbow baby. With the current pandemic and where I live we feel that it won’t be safe to do a baby shower in July as planned.

Has anyone done a virtual shower or attended one as a guest? Wondering if it is a good alternative. My mom really still wants to do something and that was one of her suggestions. She thought it might be more fun than just a drive by shower. She found this website webbabyshower.com. Has anybody used it?

I also don’t want people to feel like they have to get us anything, especially if they’ve been out of work, and since we’re not holding a real shower.
