Roid rage

I've had hemroids since my first pregnancy 2 years ago.....it wouldn't be a big deal except it's 4 of them all on the out side of my butt hole and it's so embarrassing and gross, they are all the size of at least the top part of your pinky! They shrink and grow and I am so over it what can I do HELP  and I hate it WHAT CAN I DO I hate being naked my husband loves my butt but I don't. Want him to look or touch it.....I never hear of anyone speaking about it I feel like I'm the only one with a embarrassing awful issue :(
