Is he serious? We have been engaged for a year. His parents, siblings, and children have no idea.

My SO and I have been together for 2.5 years. Lots of love. But I want help because I feel hurt. Our engagement is a secret on his side of the family, but not on mine. My family feels like he is 'hiding' me. The topic is non worth the defensive stance he takes. Quarantine has been good for us- no fights, great talks, great sex. But I don't want to be in an imaginary relationship. I feel stupid for writing so I'm posting annoymously.
