Not ovulating :(

Ovulated around CD 14 last cycle had positive OPK CD12 and not sure what’s going on this cycle :( lots of EW CM though. Had an old expired progesterone test tried that this morning and it was negative too. Last cycle looked great but not sure what’s happening here. Is my coverline right? Could it be stress because I have been fasting for Ramadan every other day?
