Ladies

I need advice or someone who may have experienced this also. But b4 I go on I DO have an appt tomorrow with my OB.

I was diagnosed with GD at 24 weeks. I've had it before BUT this time it seems to be worse. I'm 29 weeks today and for the last 3 days I've been having what I think is contractions. My blood sugars have been all over the place, now here is the question::

Can having all over the place numbers make me have contractions? As of right now I'm on strict bedrest til tomorrow's appt and then we will go from there. Please pray as I have 3 other children littlest is 3.
