New pregnancy?

I miscarried 5 weeks ago today and I  have had  a few faint positive pregnancy tests since then and no period. I’m wondering if this is a new pregnancy or leftover HCG. I was a 1 the day I miscarried. My HCG never went higher than that I was pregnant enough to get a positive test but that’s it. Any similar stories? Thanks.

I miscarried in January of this year. Felt a little off like I was pregnant again in March  so I decided to take a pregnancy test and it immediately came back positive. I thought it had to be picking up my my hcg levels from my previous miscarriage. But decided to call my ob and they assured me my levels would have gone back to normal within 2-3 weeks after my miscarriage!

Sounds like a new pregnancy, congratulations! Just test tomorrow am to see if line is getting darker. Hcg should be doubling every 48hrs
