Help!! I apologize if this has been addressed before but I’m new to the group. Pre-pregnancy my cup was a godsend. It took me a while to figure it out but once I got the hang of it, it was life changing. It’s been a year since I have had my baby and I just CANNOT get it to work. Hoping some input from others might help me figure it out.

I have tried both my original size Lunette and the larger post pregnancy size. Have tried every trick that worked for me in the past. No matter what it just leaks everywhere or it puts pressure on my bladder and I constantly have the sensation that I need to pee.

Please help. My 12 hour shifts are SO much harder when I have to keep changing my tampon.
