All of those temps are good and indicate healthy progesterone level. When you take the temp earlier than normal is will be lower, later than normal it will be higher. It’s okay, don’t worry. Don’t use those adjusting calculators, just know that’s the reason they are fluctuating. Looks good. Good luck!
Sawtooth pattern after ovulation?
I've never had such an erratic pattern after I ovulated. Is this bad? I know I unfortunately missed my temp yesterday. My daughter woke up at like 6 crying very loudly and I shot out of bed without thinking to comfort her. Totally blew my bbt testing lol. But anyways, my temps are never this erratic post ovulation. Does this mean my progesterone is low?😬
