Vacumming and pregnant?

So i been so scared to do anything, lift anything , everything hurts me now. Especially when i do house chores, Doing the dishes hurts my back so bad I don’t know why and when I was vacuuming today I pulled a muscle on my left side of the back 😰 is this all normal￼ ? Can i do house chores or no more? My back hurts so bad....  i pulled a muscle while vaccumming and idk how.. im 20 weeks pregnant

You can do house chores. The pain is just the joys of pregnancy. Try a back support

It really depends on your body and comfort level. I kept going to the gym until they discovered my previa, but common sense is really the rule, if it hurts don't do it, if you're tired, take a break, and always drink alllll the water lol

You need to find a Webster Certified chiropractor and also get some KT tape or a support band. Not moving enough will make your pain worse, but overdoing it can do the same.

Maybe try using a pregnancy support belt? I'm 21 weeks and I use mine it helps my back so much!
