30 day challenges SQUAT/AB/ARM
QUESTIONS
I want to do three 30 day challenges. I haven’t worked out in a good year but used to be quite fit. Now I’m just not toned and need to build muscle again. I’m 116 lbs and usually have pretty good muscle memory. Problem is, I’m not mentally strong enough to commit to a new workout routine. I have been in an out of depression and struggle with severe anxiety along with being constantly stressed and that’s why I quit working out. I do think however, that if I gave myself a challenge, especially ones I can do from home, it’ll be easier to get back into the groove of things and maybe after the 30 days I’ll feel more confident about going back to a regular workout. Right now it seems 100% more possible to just go mark off my challenge for the day than thinking of conquering whole workout.
Thing is, I’ve never done a 30 challenge before and I never really wanted to try one. I know they are not good long term. But what about just to get me back in that mindset?
