Hello!!

I live in dc, my obgyn is in Maryland (close to work) and she referred me to a reproductive endocrinologist in Fairfax, Virginia. He said that we should think about a sperm test. I waited another cycle, got my period a couple of days ago and said to him that we are ready for the sperm test. I inquired about the cost and they said they need to ask authorization to the insurance based on medical necessities. But I would like to know before hand how much it costs.. does anyone know?? I have blue cross blue shield insurance. I am not from here so I never understand how insurance works, if prices depend of the state or on what.. hope someone can orient me! I just don’t want to do it and end up paying 500 dollars for it!
