I know it’s not just me. Literally anytime I wear a bra that pushes my boobs even slightly together I get that sweat that’s hard to keep off.

The smell comes from bacteria. Most sweat by itself does not have a smell to human noses.
So whenever sweat cannot just evaporate, it will have bacteria rapidly growing and smelling.
Wash there with a mild anti-bacterial soap. Anti-bacterial soaps will dry out your skin, so start with a mild one.
