What do you use for a newborn baby’s bed?

What to do?  Dockatot in the bed with us?  Snuggle me organic in the bed with us?  
With our first, we had a bassinet and it was a pain and didn’t like it.  I know this baby will be sleeping with me until he is done breastfeeding, then that’s when we will move him on his own in another room.
Just wanted to see what suggestions are out there!

We are planning to have a bassinet next to the bed. Unfortunately I’m such an active sleeper that it wouldn’t be safe to co sleep with the baby in the bed. However I would like to have a snuggle me for during the day

I love our Halo Swivel Bassinet. It's a separate sleep space but you can pull it right up to you so it makes grabbing him for breastfeeding easy.

DO NOT USE THE DOCK A TOT ITS NOT SAFE FOR THEM TO SLEEP IN. Your infant has a high chance of suffication. Look up the safe ways for a baby to sleep. In a dock a tot is NOT one of them. And in a bed with you is NOT safe either. Put them in there own empty crib, or pack n play or a bassinet. Only a tight fitting crib sheet on the matresses and nothing else

Neither dock a tot or snuggle me are approved for safe sleep. If you want the baby in bed with you, you must follow the safe sleep 7. If you are not willing to follow all those rules to a T, they need to be in their own bed. 
We used the uppababy bassinet that came with our stroller right next to the bed, and then got a cosleeper crib after that.
