We have been introducing solids and also breastfeeding with some formula to supplement one milk feed a day. We feed around 6:30, 9:30, 12:30, 3:30, and 6:30—usually with some adjustments depending on how our three naps go.

We end up having both the last two milk feeds during our last and longest wake window, which is also when it’s most convenient for me and my husband to focus on a solids meal. So baby is stuffed before bed. 😶 I keep trying to figure out how to feed him BEFORE his naps during the day rather than after, which would fix the problem. The easiest solution seems to be to try and space out the feeds more by offering one fewer.
