Miscarriage?

My last period was March 28th-April 1st. I went to the hospital and they couldn’t see a baby in the ultrasound. Just a yolk sac/empty sac. They said my levels right now are 3360. I’m still getting insanely dark tests. Is it possible that this could still be a viable pregnancy?
