Postpartum Exercise
My daughter just weaned from breastfeeding at 13 months. I figured it was time I start working out, so I don’t gain all my weight back. I got BeachBody on Demand.
Everyone says, “work out with baby.” “Include baby” “Do yoga with baby”, etc.
Let’s be real: there is no way to do an actual workout with your toddler. This sweet girl was pulling on my pants the entire time. When I wasn’t falling over from that, I was knocking her down by accident. Not to mention I was stepping on crushed Goldfish crackers and in sippy cup puddles the whole time.
I gave up after 14 minutes. 🤦♀️
How do people do this?! 😂
*Not really interested in yoga. I need some cardio to burn some calories and keep this weight off, mommas.
