Bleeding during pregnancy

Hey ladies so Thursday around 9pm I went to use the restroom I wiped and there was blood plus cramping on my left side. This continued onto yesterday so I decided to go to the ER. I spent all day of them running tests and an ultrasound. My HCG came back 772 which the dr said is pretty low I am 6 weeks & a couple days. In the ultrasound they couldn’t see the “yolk sac and fetal pole”. The dr stated it may still be too early to see anything or I may be miscarrying. Today I’m still bleeding no cramping. I am supposed to get another ultrasound tomorrow and to see if my HCG levels went up. I am a nervous wreck honestly. Have any of you experienced this with a good outcome?
