i’m 15 years old and for context I got a whole tampon stuck in me because i’m THAT tight. I have to see the GYNO in a week and a half and i’m scared it’s gonna hurt me. i’ve heard a lot of things about speculums and every friend i’ve asked has said it is painful.

do they have to use the speculum for younger ages or is there another method to swab for anything?

please reply since I don’t have much time to find out
