I was officially diagnosed with a missed miscarriage on 4/8/2020 and elected to take Misoprostol at home to pass the baby. I passed the baby on 4/9/2020. Today my period came. Im excited since my doc said I could start trying after my first period. Should be ovulating around the 22nd of this month. How was everyone’s first period? I been having a medium flow and no cramps.
