Preeclampsia ??

I’m wondering if maybe I’m getting preeclampsia. My bp is 117/74 which it’s normally 104/70. I’m barely swelling but I don’t really swell even when I break something. But when I got out of the bath my legs hurt and felt like they were tight and had a sunburn. But today I have noticed problems with my vision, it will get really fuzzy like I been reading all day but I haven’t had to really focus on anything. I’ve got a headache but I get them all the time. My mom have preeclampsia with my sister. Oh and I’m 33+3 weeks with baby number three and the dr told me that I’m showing signs for pre term.
