ovulation pain

hello ladies! i was wondering if one of you have ever had ovulation pain? i had similar pain last month to what i’m feeling right now. i am currently crunched up on my bedroom floor due to a strong pain in my lower abdomen (more like uterus area). it’s 3am where i am, and the pain started around 1am waking me from my sleep. if any of you beautiful ladies have ever gone through this, please let me know some remedies i can use to ease the pain! it hurts so bad haha😭😆😣
