Can you track ovulation just by BBT?
Not going to lie im terrible at taking OPKs, I forget to do it at the same time, I constantly need to pee after 4 kids, I can't go longer than two hours without a drink so my urine is very rarely super concentrated even in a morning. Could I track ovulation purely by temping or do I need to do them both?
