So, my partner and I have read multiple studies and articles on what happens when a mom gets covid. It may not pass to the baby, but can essentially kill the placenta. Anyway, we have been super extra. Curbside, don't go anywhere but doctors and we live in a very silly state where it feels everyone believes its a hoax. Anyway, my mom works at a doctors office so I haven't seen her since the beginning of March.

I wanted to see her. I miss her. She came over today and we sat outside and enjoyed lunch from well over 20 ft apart. My mom is tiny and has always been small. She never gained weight during her pregnancies. She stayed in her size 0 pants. I've always been curvy and haven't weighed less than 120 since 7th grade. She asked to see my stomach so I showed her. BRO SHE SPENT THE NEXT HOUR MAKING FUN OF ME FOR MY NEW STRETCH MARKS!
