It's good but inhale found other programs that work as good if not better and for free. I am currently working out to Chloe Tings workout plans and I have lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks. She's the trainer for the Thor actor.

The Nike Fit App is free right now!! I usually just do PopSugar workouts on YouTube (totally love their stuff I recommend following their IG page for live workouts right now) BUT I found out Nike was free and I’m hooked

The workouts are good I enjoy them for a home workout, however the nutrition side of it, in my opinion, is unnecessary. I’m not a med professional but I’ve lost around 70 ish lbs in the last few years and being in a calorie deficit is what helped me most!

I have it. The Shakeology part? Overpriced by far. BUT the workouts I love!!! There’s a lot of variety, they really work you. And it’s $99 a year, cheaper than most gyms.
