Losing weight/sleep

Question... My LO is 1 year old and still wakes up in the middle of the night sometimes. I need to lose weight badly. I am so miserable and weigh the same that I weighed when I was at the end of my pregnancy... 😫 How do you deal with having to wake up early when baby wakes you up in the middle of the night? I try to set my alarm for 6, but when he wakes up at 4 and I don’t get back to bed until 5-5:30, I can’t go back to sleep and then wake up at 6. I also can’t justify still waking up at 6 and not going back to sleep since I had to wake up at 4.. I could exercise in the afternoon, but I honestly hate it. The only way I enjoy exercising is if its starting my day. Any suggestions?
