What are you doing to try and get pregnant??

Another Mother’s Day has passed and I’m not a mother 😔
Unexplained Infertility SUCKS!!  
I feel like I’ve tried everything that I know of 
- BD everyday of fertile window 
- BD every other day of fertile window 
- OPKs
- bbt
- Laparoscopy for endometriosis
- Eat the core of pineapples  
- Legs up in the air for 20 mins 
- Sperm Meets Egg Plan 
- Preseed 
- Prenatals 
- Eating healthy and exercising 
I told myself I would try everything before I decided on IVF but every month AF comes like clock work.
I’ll try anything for one more cycle, any suggestions?!!!

I took myo-inositol - half the dosage because it’s most widely used for pcos, but it’s a hormone regulator. I wasn’t getting pregnant after my miscarriage. 
I ovulated three days earlier this last cycle and got pregnant. Don’t know if that’s a coincidence, but either way it allowed me to have a luteal phase that’s a normal length vs short 🤷🏼‍♀️

I can totally relate to you! 
My husband and I are in our early 30s, eat clean, exercise regularly, don’t drink or smoke, have healthy body weights and perfect doctor check-ups and blood work. 
My periods are 28 days like clockwork. We’ve tried everything; every day, every 36 hours, every 2 days, timing it strategically 3 days before, 1 day before and day of ovulation. 
We’ve tried many positions during, elevating hips and raised legs for 15-20 mins after.
We both take high quality vitamins, omega 3s, we’ve tried Maca, fenugreek, Keto woe including IF. 
I finally broke down and bought into the idea of ordering and trying Preseed  and Fertilaid this upcoming cycle, even though I know there’s no real scientific evidence either actually help conception.
Been trying for 18 months with 1 pregnancy (and unexplained miscarriage). Had a D&C and was told it would actually increase my fertility and make me more likely to become pregnant (no such luck). 
I wish you luck, and hope we both get our 2021 due dates soon!

We had 2 miscarriages, before finally having our girl. Each time it was every day, I usual layed down for a little after sex.
He was drinking sea moss, and we were exercising and healthier at that time
