I have passed something like this today.. Confirmed misscarriage 2 days ago.. Is this tissue or fetus?

Just left the doc. Blood test said Hcg is 194. It was 9,000 when I went last time. 
Uterus is empty. It was a full miscarriage. There is no obvious reason as to why.
