Weight Loss

Hello everyone!!

I’m trying to get more in shape before I start my next sport season around August. I’ve been doing small workouts everyday along with full workouts three times a week, I’ve been eating clean as well but I have gained around 5 pounds. Does anyone know when I should expect weight loss? I’ve been doing this for two weeks and although I shouldn’t expect immediate results it would be gratifying. Also any weight loss and fitness tips would be amazing !!!
