What birthing techniques did you use during natural birth and labor?

I am only 19 weeks but I want to start doing research on birthing techniques. I plan on having a natural birth and I want to know what are some of the techniques you guys used? How much did it help you get through labor and birth?

Honestly with my first I never too a birthing class but did read if you just breath through your contractions they will less likely hurt. And I did breath though all my contractions and it didn’t start to really hurt till I actually had to push. I will do the same for this baby (31 weeks).

Check out Rebozo Method ...I dodmt get to use it bc my 3 rd labor is when I found it n it was a short one...it s supposed to shave hours off ..n prenatal yoga will def help

I did Bradley Method classes and honestly found them useless. I’ve had a c section and two VBACs without medication. For the VBACs, I basically just did what felt right in the moment. I think having a strong support person (spouse, friend, doula, whatever...) is the most important.
