Yikes!

ok so question to the mommas with multiples. have any of you gotten pregnant RIGHT after giving birth while breastfeeding?!! I’m scared I might be but I don’t know if I am. I’m breastfeeding and haven’t gotten my first period yet so I don’t know if I even ovulated to actually get pregnant. I took two test like last week but they’re both negative. BUT what if I just tested too early ? that’s what happened to me last pregnancy. I tested too early but was feeling symptoms. how will I know when to test ? I’ve been feeling “morning sickness” like I did with my baby girl. headache, dizziness, nausea....😭😭 literally terrified
