I’m weaning my 16 month old. How do I get my milk to dry up???

Do it gradually. Just like getting supply up it's about supply and demand. The less your baby feeds / you pump, the less your body produces. Drop one feed every week or so until you're down to one, then shorten that feed day by day. A gradual weaning process is best for mama and baby 👍🏼
